Terms & Conditions

The "Terms & Conditions" apply to your use of 3tosee.com and by using 3tosee.com (other than to read this page for the first time), you agree to comply
with all of the Terms & Conditions set forth herein. The right to use 3tosee.com is available to you and your company and is not transferable to any other
person, company or entity.

Access to the Services

Subject to the "Terms & Conditions" of this agreement, 3tosee.com may offer to provide a service that relates to the Purchase of Internet Advertising.
3tosee.com may change suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice or liability. 3tosee.com also reserves the right at its sole discretion to
refuse to allow access to the services provided to any Advertisor/Premium Lister at any time.

General Conditions

Advertisements may be purchased only in 30 day periods. Advertisements must be paid for in full prior to the Advertisements being displayed at
3tosee.com. The available Advertisement Spaces will be filled on a first paid first served basis. There will be no "holding" of Spaces as such, however, if
an "intention to advertise" is received by 3tosee.com a holding period of 3 days will be allowed to finalise the Advertisement details and organise full
payment. You must pay in full in advance to retain your current Advertising Space. If another Advertisor pays for a certain period that you have not paid
for prior to you expressing your intention to re-advertise the Space will be given to the new Advertisor. However current Advertisors will be notified prior
to this happening and will be given the opportunity to re-advertise first. The placement of all Advertising is at the sole discretion of 3tosee.com and they will
only be allocated to available pages and categories, pending our approval. All Advertising must be suitable for the theme and content of our Website, as
determined by 3tosee.com. Advertisors who purchase for a 30 day period will receive a minimum number of that amount of days for the period they have
purchased. The 3tosee.com Website may require maintenance from time to time and this will be kept to an absolute minimum. You will be compensated
with equivalent Advertisements for any down time longer than 4 hours.

Fees and Payments

Some of the services require payment of fees and 3tosee.com reserves the right to alter its pricing structure at any time upon notification to current and
potential Advertisors. Advertising that is currently running and has been paid for by the Advertiser will not be affected by pricing structure changes until the
current period of the campaign has expired. All Advertising Pricing is available in the "Advertising Pricing Structure".

use, copy or distribute any portion of the 3tosee.com Site including related graphics. 3tosee.com and other trademarks and/or service marks (including
logos and designs) found on 3tosee.com are trademarks/service marks that identify 3tosee.com and the goods and/or services provided by 3tosee.com.
Such marks may not be used under any circumstances without the prior written authorisation of 3tosee.com
